Sun- Make-up and progression day. Times to be announced during the week.
CrossFit Kids Class
MW- 4:15-5:00
BoxFit – A class incorporating boxing as well as CrossFit movements.
Sat- 7am
Classes are restricted in size. Please call in advance to reserve.
Olympic Lifting Classes ( Advanced )
These classes are held for those who have demonstrated proper technical work and progression with Olympic Weightlifting movements.
Tues – 6:oopm
Sat – 8:00am
